hogiah is a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) website analysis tool developed and operated by 清程智能科技有限公司. It helps you measure and improve your website's visibility in AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Free Features

• GEO score across 6 key dimensions
• A quick AI visibility check
• A summary of improvement recommendations

Paid Plans — Monthly Subscription

• hogiah runs on a monthly subscription across three tiers: Starter NT$1,080 (US$34), Growth NT$3,680 (US$115), and Pro NT$19,800 (US$619) per month.
• Each tier includes a different set of AI search engines, tracking volume, and monthly article-generation quota — see the pricing page for full details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period and can be cancelled at any time (see "Refund Policy" below).

To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, the service applies reasonable usage limits.

Free (no subscription)

• Free AI-visibility report: one per domain every 7 days, subject to site-wide daily and monthly quotas.
• The instant homepage GEO check is rate-limited to prevent abuse.

Paid (subscription)

• Tracked-prompt volume, the set of covered AI engines, and the monthly article-generation quota depend on your plan — see the pricing page.
• AI-assisted features (Ask, optimization suggestions, and similar) carry daily fair-use caps to prevent abuse.

1. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Your account information is based on your Google OAuth profile.
2. Paid subscribers can access full reports and saved analysis history for as long as their subscription remains active.
3. You may not share your account with third parties or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. 清程智能科技有限公司 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
5. Analysis results are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific business, legal, or search-ranking outcome.

Data We Collect

• Account data — name, email, and profile picture obtained via Google OAuth, used solely for identification.
• Analysis data — the URLs you submit and the publicly accessible content retrieved from them.
• Payment data — processed securely by NewebPay (藍新金流); we never store card numbers or CVV codes.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide GEO analysis and generate reports.
• To improve service quality and the user experience.
• We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.

Data Protection

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payments are handled by NewebPay (藍新金流), which is PCI DSS compliant. You may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.

1. Tracking and analytics data generated through the Service ("Customer Data") belongs to you. We process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
2. You agree that we may use Customer Data after de-identification and aggregation with other customers' data for: (a) industry benchmarks and peer-comparison features; (b) industry research and public reports (e.g., an industry AI-visibility index); (c) service improvement. De-identified data excludes your brand name, domain name, and any information that directly identifies you.
3. We will not disclose your Customer Data in an identifiable form (including marketing case studies) without your prior written consent.
4. Peer Benchmarking is optional: enabling it constitutes consent to include your anonymized metrics in the comparison pool; you may disable it at any time in Settings.

1. hogiah is an online digital subscription service, available for immediate use once activated.
2. Under the reasonable exceptions to the withdrawal right for distance transactions in Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, digital services provided with your consent are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period (this is clearly disclosed and your consent obtained before checkout).
3. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
4. If a technical issue on our end prevents normal use of the service, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days after the issue is confirmed.

• If a technical issue prevents report delivery after payment, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days of the confirmed issue.
• Analysis results are AI-assisted professional insights intended for reference; no specific search-ranking outcome is guaranteed.
• Users will be notified by email or on-site announcement of any significant service changes.
